Soft and Mild Sounds of the Advent

Holzenstein Rest Home residents visited an unusual concert on Tuesday. Saint-Petersburg male choir Hermitage being on their Swiss tour until Christmas singing on Sunday in the full Winzelnberg Church in Steinebrunne, cheered old people with orthodox chants. The folk ensemble consisting of six participants whose soloists used to appear in opera, philharmonics and church choirs took their audience to the land of orthodox church music with diversified, now full-blooded, now soft and tender registers of sound. They allowed the audience to feel the Russian people`s soul, performing the joyful and sad folk melodies of their Motherland.
